There are no limitations in this kitchen! 2 Double fryers, 36in. char grill, 36in. range (2 burners and 24in. flattop, 30in. refrigerated deli prep station, refrigerator/freezer, 4 bay sink with instant on demand hot water system. Everything works perfectly as it should as shown in photos.
There is also a rest room on board complete with its own hot water system and separate black water holding tank! The interior skin of the door needs a little attention, as shown in the photos.
Aluminum slatwall panels were installed around the service window to hang menus, seasonings, sauces, t-shirts and misc. items for sale.
Inside, under the service window, we use a table. There was a chest freezer there and you could put one back if that much frozen storage is needed.
The window above the sinks does not open properly. I’m sure it can be repaired, we just never had a need to open it so it just stays closed.
The roof was resealed not even 6 months ago as general maintenance. There were no leaks to begin with and there are no leaks now.
The entire trailer was professionally wrapped (matte black) at the end of March 2025. It’s a blank canvass ready for your logo! Also, a fresh coat of paint on the smoker and porch was done in April 2025.
All 6 tires were removed, and the hubs were inspected, serviced and greased in April 2025 to ensure headache free hauling.
The landing gear operates using a ½” heavy duty drill. If you prefer to operate it manually, it can be very easily converted back to a handle with one pin.
Sale includes an incredible custom-built large capacity rotisserie smoker that is mounted on the porch. The build started with a 500 gallon LP tank. The fire box is completely insulated to trap the heat. The heat and smoke flow into a chamber where it evenly spreads and then enters the cooking chamber before it exits through the big, impressive stainless-steel stacks. Inside, there are 4 full-length stainless-steel racks and it’s a rotisserie! This thing was built using Flir thermal imaging technology and cooks perfectly. It burns very efficiently for a smoker this size. If you don’t want to babysit a fire, I have used an LP burner like one you would see on an outdoor turkey fryer, just a bit larger, and it works perfectly. The rotisserie is powered by a switch located right on the front of the motor box so it’s very accessible.
Seller says: "Is this in perfectly new condition? No. We were quoted $220K for a new build- that's the reason this was locally built. The asking price is set low so this can be purchased and put right into service to start making money immediately."
There are two large 29-gallon LP tanks frame mounted on the front of the trailer. LP is piped throughout and there’s even a hookup on the porch!
Being in Florida, the trailer has survived and was literally Hurricane tested three times! The only damage was on the front Left side of the upper portion. It was repaired and has been sealed and covered.
