  We had the pleasure of being on both sides of the sales experience with Used Vending.com and I have to say it was effortless in both cases.  A few years ago we needed (2) more machines for a location and went on to the website and found exactly what we were looking for.  The transaction was quick, simple and easy.  We were very impressed.  Now recently we were looking to sell the (3) vending machines we had left as we are no longer in the business.  I placed my ad on their website and over the months, received monthly updates from the website to verify machines were still for sale at the same price listed.  This was very helpful as it was a constant reminder that we needed to sell them, and allowed me the opportunity to adjust my price if needed.   I was contacted by April recently with an offer.  I accepted, the paperwork was initiated, the buyer called me and set up a time to make the transaction.  All this happened within a week.  Machines are gone and I am very happy.  The staff at UsedVending.com was very helpful, thorough and professional and I could not have done this without their help.  It was a great experience dealing with the company and I would definitely refer them to anyone in the vending business who needs to buy or sell.  Thanks for everything and keep up the good work!

  When we decided to purchase our first concession trailer, we searched every web site we could find. We found that UsedVending was the one we kept returning to. They give you answers to any question you may have on any equipment you may be interested in. I worked with Melissa and Wendy. They were patient and helpful every step of the way. We traveled almost 800 miles to pick up our trailer, and Wendy made sure I had her cell number and schedule in case we ran into any problems. Thankfully, everything went well, and the trailer was just as described. I have already, and would definitely again recommend UsedVending to anyone in the market for vending equipment. Thanks for making our experience one that we can look back on with great memories and no regrets!

  Hi April, First of all, let me apologize for taking so long to get back to you! I want to really thank you for your persistence on behalf of your client who purchased our machines and on our behalf because we were not sure that we were ever going to be able to sell our machines since they are no longer being manufactured. It was only through your persistence in finding your customer what he needed and matching that need with our machines were we able to sell our machines. The credit for our successful transaction goes to you, April. You are the best!!! And your customer was very pleasant to work with. It all boils down to working with reputable, professional people on all sides of a transaction.
  
  The only suggestion that I have is for the actual instructions for sellers to use in performing the required electronic signatures be revised to reflect the exact experience that the seller is going to have online with regard to the individual steps of the process. If you remember, I had a little trouble because what the video instructions indicated would happen was not exactly how the process went. Other that that,.everything was wonderful!
  
  I certainly would recommend Used Vending.com as an advertising platform and specifically I would recommend you, April, as the company representative of choice for handling the sales transaction. I can not say enough about your professionalism, due diligence and overall pleasant, cheerful attitude when dealing with us. It was, indeed, our pleasure to work with you!
