Additional info from seller:
1. We are including the heavy duty hitch with the purchase. It includes sway bars.
2. Boulder county would not approve a triple sink, so we switched it out. We still have it and it can be switched back. It is also included.
3. The previous owner installed a small skylight in the ceiling that was leaking. We sealed the area on the roof around it and it has not leaked since. There is one area where you see where the water damaged the ceiling, but it is not getting any worse. I think as long as you continue to watch it for new leaks it should not get any worse down the road.
4. There are no spare tires. The tires have been on the trailer since we bought it over 2 years ago. They are not new, and have 1/4 inch of tread still on each. The size is ST205/75R15. Those tires can be bought online with a new wheel for $150-160. There are no cracks or anything on the sidewalls. So I would say they are in acceptable condition, but replacing them in the future makes sense. The axles were replaced by the previous owner when we bought it.
5. We have a Square POS system that is included with the sale. There is also a cash drawer for cash purchases. We include 1 pager system as the second one was not working. The vent system on the roof is new as of last September. We are including the generator, and it is getting cleaned this week. (04/2026)
