Additional info: All equipment was purchased new in 2019 and none of the equipment is still under warranty. I purchased the food truck in 2021 and it has not been used since I purchased it. The food truck has been moved numerous times since 2021. The truck will need to be serviced and inspected before it is used. We actually start all equipment annually in the spring. To date, all equipment has functioned on restart. We also give the food truck a full cleaning as well. This is scheduled to happen again in the next few weeks.
